Whatever you can't give away you never truly own but it owns you. As I considered SGF i recalled that many due to significant emotional experiences, upbringing and environment have resolved never again to walk the path. They feel they have been taken advantage of, used and dumped and so would rather build a wall instead of a bridge from the broken bricks of what's left.
In life, problems and challenges come to test you if you will serve, give and forgive you will overcome. Sometimes it's hard to practice but the hard things are what makes us better and wiser. We don't necessary need to but we must SGF for our own good.
